  27. I have had this problem w/ the margins since installing FW r1;  I'm now 
  28. running FW r3 and I've tried re-intalling, which is no help.

  30. I had this problem running under OS 2.04, and I'm having it now under 3.1.

  32. I have this problem on a Citizen MSP-10 printer using the EpsonX/EpsonXOld
  33. drivers, and I have this problem w/ a Canon BJ 200, in both BJ-10 mode 
  34. and in Epson LQ mode, using the CA/AT drivers, and using Wolf Faust's 
  35. CanonShop driver(s).

  37. Regarding driver settings, I've tried page lengths from 60-66 lines, and 
  38. margins from 1/80 to 6/74, tho theoretically the WP should be setting all 
  39. the margins.

  42. Again, this is a call for HELP.  Woody, I know you read everything here
  43. that mentions your products:  calling your phone support has been costly,
  44. time-consuming and ineffective.  I'm not criticising, I just want my copy
  45. of your word processor to work like a word processor, not like a fancy
  46. text editor.  I've upgraded twice;  I've been patient;  I've tried going 
  47. thru channels;  *PLEASE* help me resolve this!
